We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the value of our products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and presenting our products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions
- Create and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers
- Provide post-sales support and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
