Custom Clearance Representative - Al Babtain Group jobs

Perform all customs procedures properly to release the company products from ports locations to store in

timely manners, prepare & accomplish related documents as per Customs headquarters instructions.

Responsibilities:

 Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, law, or

procedures.

 Review all shipping agency documents & correspondences before arrival to ports, and ensure of all

approvals located.

 Cost the customs duty as shipping quantity, collect the duty amounts from finance department, deposit

into shipping agency accounts.

 Prepare all related forms, approve and stamp from particular departments.

 Review & ensure the proper products as per demands, and facilitate portage transportation to company

stores accordingly with procurement executive.

 Obtain line releases for frequent shippers of low-risk commodities, high-volume entries, or multiple –

container loads.

 Maintain records or copies for all shipment as needs.

 Inform the concerned manager on import and export restrictions, taxes systems, insurance requirements,

quotas, or other customs-related matters to avoid penalty fees or late of jobs.
