We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join the work team

• Design and implement the HR and administration strategy and roadmap in line with the shared services department strategy

• Develop HR and administration plans and provide input to department objectives that support its overall strategic plans

• Collaborate with other managers to identify HR and management initiatives required to meet future business requirements

• Manage and drive the achievement of HR and management strategy, objectives and KPIs within management responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regular reports on management progress and outputs for sharing with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements

• Manage the budget cycle of HR and management and provide input to the budgeting process

• Manage human resources and manage the department effectively within budget, and accurately report on progress made and challenges encountered

• Formulate initiatives that lead to positive financial impact for HR and management and mitigate financial and operational risks

• Direct the development and implementation of HR and management policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls, ensuring that all relevant procedural/legal requirements are met while delivering high quality, cost-effective results

• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by adapting to changes in international standards and changes in the business environment and adopting leading practices in human resources and management.

• Oversee the resolution of escalated cases of non-compliance and reduce non-compliance by ensuring the availability and reinforcement of stipulated policies and procedures

• Identify, evaluate and recruit key talent to manage human resources and administration

• Manage and assist subordinates to perform their job operations in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Direct, mentor and develop the HR and management team as part of their ongoing development

• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate the team and provide regular feedback on performance
