Job Description
A reputable private sector employer in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about company products, services, and policies
- Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert assistance to customers
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
